This beautiful African beach/storage basket is entirely hand woven from raffia, then laced with gorgeously vibrant black and red Ankara fabric. The basket weave is a very sturdy but loose twist, so items inside are slightly visible — but the detailing with this striking black colourway makes it a bold, elegant statement piece.

The basket comes with firmly attached 26cm long handles to aid over-the-shoulder carrying. Can be used as storage for books, magazines, toys, clothing and much more. Also ideal as a stylish and elegant carry bag / hold-all for days out, the beach, or picnics.
