Achike Anayo is from Anambra State but was born in Mubi, Adamawa State in 1986. He graduated from Auchi Polytechnic (2012) where he specialised in Painting and General Art. He did the mandatory one year national youth service in Calabar, Cross River State in 2014. He has been practising as a full-time studio artist. His works are mostly figurative, inspired by day to day  human interactions with fellow humans and his immediate environment. He uses his art to advocate for peace, love and tolerance  among humans irrespective of tribe, religion, race, status or political affiliations. Achike’s works can be found in the collections of private and public art patrons and galleries. He has exhibited within and outside the shores of Africa. His works are executed with various mediums like oils, acrylics, watercolours, pen, pastel and many other materials. He is an experimental artist. He is a member of some professional art organizations some of which include Artzero Group, Ayobo Artist Colony amd the Society of Nigerian Artists (SNA).
